The car is on jack stands with the hood and the bumper off and it's 40 something degrees out here today. I honestly don't think it could be from that. It's gotta be the load. The fan, I assume is dropping the voltage more than what the EMS is showing.

Look at your voltage, If it drops below 12 volts then you can add more duty to the "idle extra <12 Volt" setting. this way if the ems sees the voltage drop it will add more duty.

Wadzii, I believe it is voltage related and not extra load on the engine. My timing is 3*-4* advanced at idle so that should be good enough. I was able to find the option to control the "idle extra <12 volt" setting, and I set it at 7%, but that really didn't seem to do anything.

There's just not enough room under the s2000 for a resonator of that size. You may have to go with a smaller diameter bullet style resonator. There's a section on the midsection that might be long enough to accomodate a smaller resonatr but it might require moving the O2 bung and flex section elsewhere.

We are waiting for the last component--the air diversion panel and it will be done. Hopefully the laser cutting co. will get it back to us this week or next.

I had noticed a coolant leak where the inside coolant hose clamps onto the banjo bolt (which screws into the turbo) at the end of last year.

I had since purchased brand new coolant lines from PTuning and installed them on the car about a month ago.

This past weekend while I was installing PTuning's test disc into my exhaust (to control my boost creep issues) I found that the leak is back again, leaking from the same connection.....but this time it's leaking from both hoses at the turbo!!!

The pre-tension clamp that PTuning has on the hoses doesn't seem to be tight enough (I can turn the hose while it clamped on the banjo bolt)

I don't want to purchase another set of hoses from PTuning unless they are going to change this design (different clamping method). It was a PITA to change it the first time.

I am thinking of taking the turbo out, cutting the clamps off and installing worm clamps on there.

Any thoughts/ideas?

PTuning please chime in.

Has this happened to anyone else with the PTuning Kit?

On a good note so far, no boost creep, no boost cut with the PTuning test disc!!!!
