That's great news Toan. I'm very impressed with the efforts, time, and even risks going into this system. I appreciate the commitment to quality. If I wasn't already so deep into my current system, this would be on the top of my list.

A buddy of mine is looking into FI, I will definitely sway him your way.

kudos!

Paul

was there a significant HP difference in the dual vs singe exhausts?
We'll eventually get around to dynoing both exhaust systems back to back. With the dual system being based off of our single exhaust design, I don't expect to see much, if any, difference between the two.

We designed our dual to be a true 3" dual and most importantly we avoided the OEM style, double 90 degree entry into the mufflers.

Here are some pics of the first set of production intercooler pipes. The pipes are all one-piece finished, mandrel-bent pieces with no external welds. It's a bit difficult to capture a perfect image of the polishing, but I can tell you that it is MIRROR-polished.

This will be the standard finish with texture black or red powder coating being the optional finishes.

Looking good!

Are other powdercoating options available if I discuss it with you directly?

Jason,

Since you are local to us, this will not be a problem. What we would simply need you to do is go to the local powder coating facility whenever you have time and pick out the exact color you want.

Doing it this way ensures that there will not be any confusing with the exact color and finish you are looking for. I know you were looking to have your valve cover done in the same color too so we'll coordinate to have both items done at the same time.

BTW, you'll be one of the first people to know when we receive our first production batch.

Thanks Toan. What company are you using for powdercoating? You can pm me that information if you want.

I want a gloss black instead of the textured wrinkle black.

The exhaust system may not be ready until the end of October, but we are trying our best to have the turbo system ready by the middle of October.
