I’m interested in the vibration reduction. Please keep us posted. I ended up painting my intercooler black using Eastwood paint except
for the rear core. It turned out pretty good.

the new g25-660is rated for 660hp with a tiny 54mm turbo. That thing should spool fast as hell and still make 600whp. I have the gen 1garrett gtx3076r on my ptuning kit and I would love some better spool and kit myself in the upper 500s for whp. I know the gen 2 gtx3071r is rated for 650hp and should spool faster and make more power than my gen 1 gtx3076r and everything will bolt in but the new g series turbo on paper sound unbelievable for such a tiny turbo.
Does the G series accept a TiAL SS Housing?

The car made good power even with the additional restriction at 425whp at 11psi on e50/92 mix and 385 whp on 92 at 14 psi. We were speculating that it may because my charge piping is so short with the V mount compared to the typical FMIC setup. It's really too bad that ptuning didn't decide to have a proper scalloped wastegate inlet from the collector, or just go with a billet collector that flowed well. The straight 90* flange from the collector was a big ****ing mistake.
Which turbo are you using? Solid number, its a shame we cant keep the boost pressure low on these kits. I am working on figuring out a way around this. I think the 35 housing on the 3576 and 3582 is the one with most of the creep issues.

Awesome! Keep us posted! I do not have any information for your request.

I had four 3/8 holes drilled into the bushing (3 at the bottom and 1 on top, all holes are drilled through both of the inserts), it seems to have helped, but I am looking to move on to Phase 2 of modifying the insert. Ill have more information to share in a week or two.

IU am eager to try out this Eastwood paint, looks like a lot of people like it.

Nope. Completely new design of turbine wheel and a different size too.

There is no tial housing for the new garrett g series turbos but the they do come with garrett vband inlet housings which should bolt up fine with our ptuning manifold. But but looking at the pictures it looks like the vband exit is not as long as the tial so the downpipe may need to be modded. Also the compressur inlet is only 3 inch so a 4 inch to 3 inch reducer would solve that.

I also dont have any boost creep issues on my ptuning kit. It hold 13psi on my 91 octane tune all the way to redline. i dont run the restrictor plate in the exhaust and i have a full 3 inch exhaust setup. I think its because i'm runing an open dumptube on the waste gate. I did try to run there recirculated dumptube and it does creep with that.

When are you taking on this task? Im in for results. Might be more cost effective to sell your turbo, downpipe, and intake. Do all custom.

Really been looking hard at this and the TS Max kit, how are vibrations with the pTuning mount? Has anyone had luck drilling the insert?

I'm also on an open dump wastegate, but I've got a feeling my ultra short intake length is contributing to the boost creep a bit compared to a typical fmic

I believe I am the only one trying to modify the insert. Drilling it gave a small difference, I am looking to further modify it will different ideas in a week or so.
