Default Pulley Replacement and Upgrade for higher boost

Any recommendations to where to buy pulleys for the Vortech kit?

Is there a company that has the pulley with belt guides to hold the belt in place such as the pulley from the crankshaft?

What would be the recommended boost and injector size for each boost level on stock internals?

Moving to FI.

Removing the SC from the car and using an impact wrench to loosen the pulley's bolt is the common practice.

ASP Racing makes custom pulleys one at a time to your specifications and they have a lip like you want. Candace is the lady taking the orders and she is very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and well engineered products.

How are you planning on getting larger injectors to work, AEM or Fcon? If not, you need to do some sole searching and decide if you want to spend the big bucks to do it correctly or big bucks to fix or replace your blown engine.

Phil,

With 9psi and below, I am thinking of using 440 or 550 injectors & AEM FPR with the stock vortech setup. Im not sure if this would work properly especially at low RPM drivability. Any recommendations?

I am planning to use the AEM ECU and FPR to control the fuel with anything over 9psi of boost. Is there any deals on the ECU extension harness?

Slow,

Can we just leave the supercharger propped off while leaving the oil lines and such connected to impact the pulley off?

With the AEM EMS you will be fine. I suggest you go with the 750 injectors since they will support anything you want with that setup at normal fuel pressures. They idle great, smoother than the factory setup.

I still have 2 9 psi pulleys and 1 11 psi pulley for sale.

I went with the AEM and 4 785cc injectors.

It would be easier for me to take the SC and brackets off the engine as an sssembly. Depending on pulley size, you'll need a shorter belt, which requires the SC to come off anyway.
