I did a 13.0 at 106mph about 2 weeks ago. It was my first time at the strip.
I couldn't figure out how to launch it correctly. (too scared to blow my diff. or hurt something) I acctually almost stalled it once. I went from about 4k to 1.5k at the launch.
I would have made an AWESOME run on one of them, my R/T was .071!!! But I missed a shift and got a 14.2.

thanks for the replies guys..
i was just looking at the greddy turbo kit b/c my friend gets deals on greddy stuff every once in a while. so for the price and it being a complete kit, it seems worth it compared to the inline pro kit. i agree if i had the money, the inline pro kit would be able to produce more power.
and i figured there was always little things i could do to the greddy kit to get a little more power out of it like a 3mm hg, port the wastegate, etc..
so is it a general consensus that 4.44 gears would still be beneficial in the 300-350 hp range on an AP1? if not, would i at least want to beef up my rear diff housing?
AFs2k - congrats! good times on the 1/4 for your first time

right now im running between 11-12psi and soon will be running meth/water
if you have the money for a turbo kit go mase/inline pro
Honestly like I said via PM, don't go with that Greddy sh*t.
Go Vortech or SOS! If I was on a limited budget that's what I would do without thinking about it.
You have so much more upside with those two kits and you wont have to deal with the manifold when it cracks and the turbo when the seals go out. Greddy max will be 300 HP on an AP1 and that will cost you some cash to get to that level if you even can. With the other kits I mentioned you have the ability to make 400 plus with upgrades.

I know reaction time has nothing to do with your quarter mile time. I was just saying that it would have been a great run, the 60 foot time was really fast... I just can't remember what it was now. I'll see if I can find the time slips.
I was just saying it was going to be a good run.
