RAIN H8R Build Thread v.2014
I am making 16 psi at 8300 rpm due to boost cut. Texas summers and high boost are scary even though my iat's are 10 over ambient or the same in boost due to water/meth and air to air. Trying to find a dyno local I can rent most are 80-100miles away. It wants to blow the tires off in third gear with sticky tires I can't imagine 22-25 psi.

That is how they stay nice! Mr self proclaimed King ;-)
Did the math, with 8800 rpm rev limit and a 3.0in pulley I will be 7% over spinning the blower. I have been told the blower will take 10% over spinning, so lets do it.

Per Paxtons literature of 52,000 max rpm for the 1200, I got max at 8350rpm with a 3.2" pulley, which is what I ran. 7% over spin seems low given your new parameters? But maybe im wrong, I haven't done the math.
Before the turbo kit from sos, I ran the n1200 with a 3.6 pulley and the power peaked at 8800 rpm. That is why I want to rev it that high.
I need to show those pesky rotrex lovers the paxton can do it too. The rotrex might make more torque, but the paxton has a better warranty/exchange program, it's a less expensive kit, uses the shortest charge pipe routing, it is the easiest to swap pulleys, takes the abuse of track days, and overall the kit is the easiest to maintain.
