A bored throttle body and ported intake manifold are only part of the equation. Throw in a ported/polished cylinder head, along with bigger injectors, higher boost pulley and engine management (such as EMS or EManage), then you'll be getting somewhere.
I doubt you'll see much from just the TB and intake manifold. Not to say you won't gain any power...but don't go expecting another 50 horsepower from just those two.
