Ya, actually, I already have Krank Vents on, and will be adding a boost gauge when I get back in the area.

I originally had both my Krankvents on and had no oil film issues. I read that the front krankvent that connects to the intake elbow for the supercharger can cause a decrease in power so i took it out. Soon after I got alot of oil film and discharge through my blow off valve. I then plugged the vent hole in the elbow and run the vent from the valve cover down to the bottom of my engine bay and into the atmosphere since then now oil film issues. Hopefully that helps your question about the oil.

It's worth the $20 to try a new belt. Mine was tight as I could get it and still slipping. Once I put a new one on it's been a new car.

Kyushin, check the condition of the compressor blades, do they have a film of oil as well? If they do it's probably just some blow-by rom the breather. You might also want to try removing the front krankvent and running without it for a while, see if you feel any difference. There was a thread on here a while ago where others actually felt an improvement without it.

Make sure the connections on the Competch ESM are tight. Mine were loose and it was giving the car fits.
