I provided the bungs to Blacktrax. They did the drilling/welding.

Using a Walbro 255 external pump & an external fuel surge tank. I had this installed last year, so no pics.

Is that just held on by sealant? I tired to use an AN/NPT for the drain but could not turn the fitting because it would hit the SC housing

I'm not sure how realistic it is, but my goal is 380 whp. Running a 10psi pulley on a 1200 blower.

That's just pipe sealant spewing out. The fitting (Earl's) is fully threaded in to the blower. The only difficultly I had is installing the braided line to the drain plug. You need to hold the AN/NPT adapter with a wrench which to keep it from turning. With the limited space, this is somewhat difficult.

Awesome numbers. What psi is that at? Since you're using the Tial Q, how did you cover up the hole on the intake pipe where the Bosch BOV was?

Shouldn't there be a hole in the intake pipe since you're not using the SOS Bosch BOV?

Running the 4" pulley, which is equivalent to 10 psi. I peaked ~9.5 psi

As for the 90 degree silicone elbow, I purchased a new one which does not have any provisions for a diverter valve.
