Default SOS supercharger 3.2 pulley pump gas AP1

I’m running a novi1200 3.6 on a SOS pulley (no extra idler pulley) making 9-10 psi on 93 on my ap1, on a 365 WHP street tune

Mods list:
AEM v2
Fujitsubo power getter
Berk HFC
Upgraded heat exchanger
Bosch 1000 cc injectors
Walboro 255
Act clutch kit
AEM x band AFR gauge
Tial BOV

I want to upgrade for more power & im considering upgrading to either the 3.4 vs 3.2 griptec pulley. I know the 3.2 starts over revving past 8.4k rpm but I hear some people are running it & it’s ok. I want to stick to 93 but I don't want to lose the 9k redline and rather not have fuel cutoff past 8.4k rpm. Anyone running the 3.2 on an ap1 with pump gas share their experience and also how much power you're making?

I can get elaborate with it, but I'm just going to keep it short and sweet - Send it.

I had a 3,2 on my Novi 1200. It made about 18lbs. The tuner said it was safe, but I doubted it. It pulled hard compared to the 14 lbs I run now.

Oh, if you run higher boost make sure not to have a fuel cut off up top. That will lean it and burn it. Do an ignition based limit.

My car was making in excess of 21 psi at times on pump 93 with a rotrex c38-92. Was it ideal? No. Was it safe? Let's just say I never had an issue. A good tuner can make it work; you'll just have to gimp timing HARD up top. But my car is on flex fuel, so I pulley'd my setup for maximum potential on E85, but it could still run fine on pump gas. I felt a little more confident though because I was on Infinity. V2 is great, but new ECUs blow it out of the water in terms of failsafes and reaction time to issues.

Again. Send it.

Say less, I'll go w/ the 3.2, we're you still able to rev up to 9k? I have a very good tuner I am confident in I'm sure he will make it work!

I was overspinning at 9k yes; my absolute limiter is actually 9100. I believe with the calculations I was in the realm of 10% overspin on a ROTREX, but I was also running a larger oil cooler (Rotrex has their own dedicated oiling/coolant loop). It took the beating and is still going strong after a couple years.

Understand, in my and most cases, these are street cars. Even if you spent a lot of time in the upper rev range on track or anything else, how long are you actually staying within the overspinning territory? (Let's say....past 8500 rpm) Mere seconds. If this was sustained I'd feel differently about it. Just know, chasing power is addicting, and especially in the case of superchargers (imho), you really gotta just fully send them right out of the box....Unless you're making in excess over 400whp right off the rip with a supercharger, you're most likely very underwhelmed and bored. I'd encourage anyone running a centrifugal supercharger to just max it out within reason (returns diminish HARDCORE after x amount of dollars; get the smallest realistic griptec pulley, run on flex fuel, and just get it for all its worth)

Also, add that additional idler pulley now.

You could also get tuned on Boostane or race fuel or E85 and make noticeably more power (arguably more than with adding 1 - 2 psi) with more aggressive ignition timing.

Also, to what Kyle stated - if you do go with crazy small pulley, it's good for low end and you can either not spend a lot of time in the overspinning area or even drop your redline a little.
