if it means anything the SOS with 4 psi more and +50whp more put down a slower track time vs the KW kit on the same course, mods and conditions. hows that for effective power delivery?
Are you talking about the D-Sport issue? If so the car made more power on the dyno because it was at a higher psi (I think it was at 13psi vs KW 9psi). However, for the track event SOS changed pullies to match the PSI all the other cars were running.

Sorry, but your facts are incorrect.

one thing that hasnt been mentioned is KW is a single belt and SOS is dual belt. i have the SOS so if your belt goes bad (mine did) you can still run the car so you can get it fixed. so if you get the KW one ur SOL. but hey like you said both have pros and cons.

doesnt it basically put a large heat exchanger in front of the radiator? (which bascially looks like a front mount intercooler?)so in essence you have an air/water to water/air cooling system?

Is belt tension on the SOS kit manual? If so, no thanks.

SOS themselves stated several times they did not change pullys at all at any point in the event.

What? I remember reading somewhere that they changed the pulley back when they road raced it.

The SOS kit does have a manual tensioner, but its a much better than the COMPTECH design. It actually keeps the pulley where you tighten it, unlike the CTSC tensioner that lets loose after a while (I personally have not had any issues with mine).

I think there's a guy at this site (TelosHedge or something like that) who had Kraftwerk$ then went SOS. He probably has better insight into which is "better".

[QUOTE=RAIN H8R,Nov 11 2009, 08:13 PM] Depends who you talk to, but my personal opinion is go with the SOS kit.
