If it does, file the bolt down a bit like the TTS instructions say.
Pic for reference...

I have stiffer mounts, when my subframe bottomed out hard from a pothole the pulley hit the rack and kinda shredded the pulley.

you Dont need The manual to realise that hit the rack .. if you install the kraftwerks pulley on the oem cranck pulley you will se that hit the steering rack.-

in my instructions manual it says to shave it .-

I suspect that some cars have more clearance between the pulley and the rack than others. The amount of engine movement may also be greater for cars with worn motor / transmission mounts.

This is true. I have the TTS kit and no need to shave steering rack for me.

Well I think that might do it for me. I have been watching this kit for some time and even was contacted by Kraftworks to do an instal on a new kit at a discounted price so they could fix their terrible instructions. Lots of good info here and why I love the S2Ki site. I might have bought this kit and started having all these issues. I don't have time for this as I have 4 kids and a full time job. I used to with my SRT-4, been there done that. I need a reliable kit that I can instal and just leave alone. Boys I am looking into the HKS kit as I can get it direct shipped from Japan right now for $3,200 due to the tanking Japan economy! yes a lower HP kit, but reliable and obviously fast given the Arvou and Evassive results. We need more folks wtih this kit.

The fact that you're encouraged to shave down the steering rack by the manufacturer is a joke in itself, thank god I bought the SOS kit
