Yeah, but you can't shave the ear 1/4" whereas the pulley has a lot to be lost, maybe I'll have a machinist take a 1/4" off and then re-coat it. I go to the track so there is a lot of heavy braking, and I can't always worry about motor mounts as they start to age.

Again though, how do we know if we have a kit with the bolt not assembled correctly from Rotrex?
I've PM'd CJ to ask him to chime in, aside from that, none of us have the answer to that question.
i asked him a while ago on their Facebook.
n he did came back with an answer of:
only a few r having this issue while they sold thousands of kits

I just got my kit installed. I was wondering is the bottom under garments still suppose to be attachable. My installer gave it to me separate. A bit worried if it rains hard/ puddles and the bov is under there.

I guess he didnt want to cut out the space for the piping. Bov should be fine, it blows air out not suck it in.

I cut holes in the plastic pieces as required to make a tight fit around the charge pipes and intercooler mounts then put them all back in. I assume that the factory put them there to improve airflow and cooling. With the extra power, I wanted all the airflow and cooling I can get.

Your installer should know those panels serve an important purpose, and leaving them off will greatly reduce your cooling. Tell him to notch them appropriately to fit them around the charge pipes. Pics available in my install thread if you want to show him, but hopefully he doesn't need that

Ahhh this would explain why the back half of mine is missing. The other day while I was out in the garage to see if I had that missing under body panel, I had it in the corner of my garage. So my installer apparently took mine off as well, so that's why I'm missing mine.

Just got my car dyno today didn't expect my numbers be this low. With all the upgrades I did, thought it would have been a better outcome. J's racing headers, j's racing test pipe, Greddy tic dual exhaust and the 91 blower kit. I made 415hp and 275tq on 12lbs in 105 degrees if that even matter. Was really hoping 450 lol or at least 420. In all the car is so much fun to drive now. I haven't heard about anyone posting anything problems with their fuel pump and injectors but my tuner suggest I should replace mines. He said the previous kw kit he tuned as well had problems with his fuel pump and injectors it blew up on the dyno. Anyone has problems with theirs? I'm also thinking really hard if I should consider on upgrading the pulley for more boost. Drove the car for 3 hours today did a lot of hard pulls So far the install and tune turned out great. Thanks to everyone that helped me answer my questions with my install.

I have heard from a couple of people they didn't like the fuel pump. Did your tuner see any fuel issues when he was tuning it?

Also depends on your dyne. The J's headers probably gets you know extra HP though. What pulley did you run?

12 seems low, but with all of your supporting mods that would decrease it (theoretically with no loss in HP). May be worth doing a boost leak check just in case.

Are you tuned on 91 or 93? Also what type of dyno, and what does a stock s2000 pull on it? 415 on a mustang dyno is probably 470 on a dynapack, for instance.

Yep my tuner had issue with the tune. The fuel kept changing on him when he sets it and he seemed like he didn't wanted to tune my car lol. He said It's not so bad but he does recommend to change them. I'm running on the stock pulley and on 93 pump gas. I was on the dyno jet. My tuner was also wondering why I was making lesser boost as compared to the 81 kit he did and mines a 91. But I guess it is what it is. I guess it's not always bigger is always better.
