No fix for this yet, from what I know.

We had to loctite the bolts :-/

I think only one or two guys have had this happen. I wouldn't consider it a typical problem. Just make sure you torque them right, and double check them every so often (which I did with every bolt on the kit for the first several hundred miles, multiple times).

The bolts were torqued. Then even further tightened and they still loosened up.

This is a major flaw in the kit

This was common with the Vortech kits. I ended up going to titanium bolts.

Where can these be bought?

It amazes me that kw and vortec didn't use the larger bolt hole between number 1 runner and the VTS...

We got them from a place in Northern California. It was a long time ago (over 10 years) and I don't remember the name.

hmm in my quick search, i saw that a couple of vortech owners said the same thing happened once or twice.

what fuel pump did you guys use btw ? Also i read you said the gasket they supplied was bad, do you think the honda oem gasket would fit?

Then why has it only happened twice? Or do I remember incorrectly?

Mine never loosened up in the 3000 miles I've put on my kit.
