Hmmm, ignorant and aggressive. That's quite a combination.

Partial throttle. Now you're ignorant.

Where do you think the air would be going if it wasn't being vented out? Do the magic air fairies come and wisk that air away?

FYI, even the the throttle body is closed there is still air entering the engine. How else would it stay running? Point is, Partial throttle.
No one is arguing that a BOV/recirc valve vents air. What you said is that it helps MPG and I'm questioning that.

Are you suggesting that without some sort of air release you would get bad MPG? I don't think your vehicle would even run without some form of release. So your consumption would be less, but so would your miles.

whats with all this ignorant talk? it was a joke dont get your panties in a bunch peoples.
I thought since running meth, not only do you get a nice cold intake charge without having to ever worry about heat soak but you can add more timing inturn giving you more power at basically the same risk level from where you were at before you ran meth and added timing.
Unless you tune the meth for safety pourposes and dont plan on netting power from it.

Im still on the borderline on weather I will be upping the boost considering this car is my DD.

But I would also like to add that John Z's vortech unit is stock and hes got 500whp. So the blower is capable of it...

I like the idea of water/meth because it gives you more of a safety gap. But if you tune for the water/meth, and then happen to run out of it...

There are enough fluids that need maintaining in my car as it is.

Thats why you put that map on the nitrous map in the aem which i believe has a safety feature that adds timing and fuel just incase the meth or nitrous runs out or does not spray.

Does it recognise an empty condition automatically? Might be the go then.

Last time I checked the Lotus v8 tt was only 350bhp. And the S is 414whp? Must be on Churches Dyno

Being an SC guy myself I realize the benefit of the turbo with the fatter power curve. But the S2k was not faring nearly as well as expected for 414whp. The outcome I would have expected to be the other way around, with the S pulling.

I'm sure that guy was modded. You don't pull like that with only 350bhp.

Lotus not even working hard. Nothing else to mod in the Lotus except buying a chip.
Ask nsx-bob, I bet the Lotus is stock.
