*** I can't find the 1/2" to 3/8" couple for this anywhere confused.gif I've ***gone to Lowes and Home Depot. As well Autozone, Kragen, and Pep ***boys. All I can find is 3/8 to 3/8 and 1/2 to 1/2.

I can't find the 1/2 to 3/8 either. I used 1/2 to 1/2 instead. You just need to put extra effort to force the oem tube to fit the 1/2 coupler.

DIY Krank Vents: The Clean Way.

What you need:
1'- 1/2" breather hose (~12mm).
2 - 1/2" Hose Clamps
1 - 96 Supra TT PCV Valve
This will all cost you under $10. I got everything at Advance Auto. The PCV link is here.

The finished product:

Lubricate the outside of the valve and the inside of the hose with spray lube. Push the PCV into the hose. This will take quite a bit of effort, but it provides a good seal around the valve. I put a 3/8" deep socket on a ratchet, placed it socket up on the concrete, and pushed the valve into the hose with it. Make sure the smaller end is facing away from the engine towards the intake manifold. You can see the lump in the hose here: Name: IMG00709.jpg

Take some of the old PCV hose you pulled off the head, and cut two small sections out of it that will just cover each nipple, and push them on. (One on the head, and one on the IM) The 1/2" hose will slip snugly over these scraps. Tighten down both hose clamps and you're done. The breather hose is the same size minus the smaller scraps. 5 minutes tops.

Sorry for the big pictures.

Do you really need 2 PCV valves? Is there a reason as to why we couldnt just replace the OEM honda PCV with the supra PCV?

Sure. You just need to find a 90 that fits. My stock valve is actually gutted.

As long as the check valve holds it doesn't matter. I came up with this about 2 weeks ago and have had zero problems with it. The snug fit keeps anything from blowing around the valve, and the valve never moves. I'm running 10psi against mine and it's doing good.

My thanks as well SgtB!

I used your idea for the hose size and PCV valve when I installed my catch can this week. I'll post a pic or two if I get around to taking any.
