So its either 1. Get id2000 or 2. Go to a return fuel system?

Go with the return setup and bump the base fuel pressure (if needed) and keep the ID1000's. For a street car, I would have no problem running IDC's up to 95%

x2 for getting a return system and run higher fuel pressure. You don't need to waste money on new injectors. If adding the return system and higher FP doesn't hit your goal then add an inline bosch 044 and you will have no problem making 500-600 on ethanol or 700+ on fuel with the ID1000
