Yes, it will fit with no problems. It has the E cover so it has a slightly smaller compressor housing so you will not have to notch the frame. It will bolt right up to your manifold. Its the spec'd turbo Ultimate Racing uses on their kit with the log manifold. It also has the welded on 90 deg elbow for a log manifold.
