Tial waste gate

Still confused on the regulator part, the entire WG is a regulator rather.... the top port should be atmosphere the side port should be to your vac/boost lines.

Vacuum regulator/boost controller it wasnt holding vac just pulling full vac straight to top port on wastegate so I disconnected the boost controller.
So I should now still have a vac line with full vac to the side port? I can not leave both top and side ports to atmosphere?

AHHHHH Boost controller, ok. Got it.
No you can't leave all the ports open. Now you should have just a line going to the normal side port to vac/boost lines, the top port stays atmosphere (unused).
In a perfect world that vac line would actually go to the cold side turbo housing or directly tapped into the charge pipe just after the turbo for best response. ID6mm according to Tial though I've had ok luck with half that.

^ Exactly, without the boost controller (as pictured *AEM/MAC solenoid*) you'd just simply avoid the "T" fitting that goes to the solenoid and run the bottom port as shown.
This shows the cold side turbo tapped for pressure as is preferable, though few do it, it provides better WG response.
