Track Rotrex SC S2000 Build

3.44....hmmm I been thinking a lot about FD's lately on my half cross country trek. Specially west coast and mid states speed limits. I'm just stuck right at the vtec crossover at 86mph and I can't hit cruise cuz it kinda lurches around, going on n off.
It's my understanding that if I go lower from stock ap2 iirc is a 4.77 that it will put me lower in the rpms in this situation. Correct me if I'm wrong.
More wondering how you came to your FD # conclusion. And what power ur at now and other determining factors.
I was told to go with Mazdas speed 3 3.90 FD but even stock they no where near 300whp so maybe should go something lower around domestics FDs.
Thoughts?
Love the pics, nice setup. Super clean!
Been looking at those ducts for a while I want lol

FYI the car is AP2, and I believe stock ratio is 4.10

Hey all - I thought I would post a quick update.
I ended up taking off my supercharger last month. I started breaking bolts, pulleys, belts, etc.. Also my TTS mount has some small cracks showing, and may be warped slightly.
I probably got 30-40 track days in on my setup, maybe half of those were successful days where I had no overheating or failures. The other half I had to go home early, sometimes in the first 15 minutes. I spent enough money on fixes to buy another car, and lots of headaches.
My first year was spent dealing with cooling issues. I basically ended up tossing the piping and intercooler from the TTS Full Race kit and redoing it all so I wouldn't overheat in a 20 minute session. After those fixes the car ran very cool.
Unfortunately I only got 15 days or so with the new cooling setup before new problems developed. These were much harder to pin down and at some point I lost heart and got tired of the money and time required to troubleshoot.
The car was glorious when everything was working, capable of beating all but the true track giants (Vipers, Z06's, newer GT3s), but I found my personal skills didn't grow much and some experienced drivers are able to get nearly as fast as me with stock power S2K. Also the car is so much smoother now without the SC in terms if throttle engagement, and much much quieter.
Anyway, that's my story! Below is a picture of my broken TTS idler pulley mount, which was the cause of the last round of headaches. Cheers

That is the same piece that broke on me. The bolt that held the pulley must have backed out, causing the idler pulley to drop causing that carnage. I've tried contacting TTS for a spare part and even sent them picture of the part that I need back in June. I haven't heard back from them.
If you are able to have them send you a replacement part, tell them I need one too.

We were in communication with TTS during our troubleshooting, they did replace several parts free of charge. The pulley mount we ended up getting machined from steel, it worked for a few sessions and then it seized up on the pulley and broke the bolt. I think it has something to do with the whole mount.
