Default Transmission noise

I just got my trans back today from the builder and after the install it's still making the same noise as before. They told me they saw one of the bearings was shot so I thought that was the problem. Intall went smooth, fire up the car,rev it and it still makes that noise
When I push the clutch pedal in the noise goes away, This is the V160 swap with the twin disk. What else can cause this noise after 3k RPM?
