One quick question if I get tuned with Hondata K-Pro and everything is perfect. Then I decide to change my intercooler after to something that will support my power and then have room for improvment do I need to retune the car? I am just asking because my intercooler is on backorder and I really wanted a bigger intercooler that could support more power, but I also want my car back and want to make sure nothing will go wrong if I change it. Or else gotta order a different one!

conceptually thinking about it (correct me if i'm wrong), a large core intercooler would take longer to fully pressurize, as well as have a possible larger pressure drop from the input side to the output of the core. If you are running your boost controller past the output of the intercooler, your turbo will have to compress more air than usual, but should, depending on the efficiency of your turbo, be able to make the same manifold pressure. If the intercooler is actually better at cooling the air, you should see lower IAT's, which the sensor would see and run different timing etc. accordingly. I wouldn't think you would need to retune, especially on a dyno, considering you arent getting the right amount air through the intercooler anyway.
I'd say the pedantic answer is yes but the realistic answer is no.
Your change of intercooler will probably be a smaller change than the variance of the weather.
I'd install an AFR gauge and just check for any parameters going out of whack.
