The BW EFR turbos are more expensive (than the GTX35r), but as starrman mentioned, price isn't a correlation in this case. The center cartridges are steel; they'll rust if you expose them to excessive moisture.

Agreed. I haven't had any rust problems with my BW s366 (garaged/only driven on nice days).
