yes i am
) what parts you are geting, from where, how much and if the engine needs to be taken out of the car to have them installed. I would realy like to avoid this step. To have 325whp was a shock for the first 3-4 days, became cool after a week, turns into nice after 2 weeks and feels slow after a month
thanks mate!

I have an 01 that to my knowledge is oil-bolt-less. After 15,000 HARD turbo miles(38,500 alltogether), the cylinder walls are squeaky-clean, ie, NO scoring. Ive tracked this car with coolant temps above 270 degrees(pegged my autometer guage), which would kill any other Honda rather quickly I think.
Reason for removing the head? Try to hit EVERY gear solidly
Ill post the retainer carnage pics rather soon, head will be back by this weekend.
I say headgasket, retainers/springs and the rest, stock motor. Ill be pushing the envelope pretty soon here, well over 500whp once everything is back in the car

After looking at some of the engine failure threads regarding it, it would seem to be a very reasonable thing to do if you're pulling your engine down.
You don't have an oil bolt of a 2001? I'm confused. Help me out here.
