Some the quick updates. -10AN bung welded to the oil pan on the front driver side as high as possible.

Wideband bung welded onto the HFC

SOS 450 Walbro Mounting and Wiring Kit installed. This part took me about 2 days since I didn’t have the correct open barrel terminals. I did managed to crimp them very carefully and SOLDER EVERYTHING. I did this with my wire tuck so Im sure all the connections will be bulletproof *fingers crossed*. Although had to order another “top fuel pump connector” because I stripped the release pin. SOS sells the connectors. Also actually bought the correct open barrel crimpers since ID1300 injectors use the same open barrel terminals

Now the fun parts Got the new center cartridge in! The GTX style 11 blade compressor and 9 blade turbine. Here’s a side by side with the 6+6 compressor and 12 turbine Greddy CHRA

The CHRA came with a -4AN feed fitting but I’m using K-Tuned -3AN Feed Line so I got a Vibrant -4AN-to-3AN adapter. Also just using then -10AN adapter that I had on the original CHRA. Then spring clipped the compressor housing and clamped the hot side on and a T3 heat blanket from Amazon(they didn’t have a t25 and yes it fits)

Then assembled the log mani, ext wastegate, turbo and feed line but realized it wouldn’t fit through the front or top. Then realized he heat wrap on the log manifold had to come off since the flange bolts would not sit flush. So I installed everything piece by piece. First, manifold and hot side of turbo bolted to it. Use new exhaust gasket! (tip: spray Permatex hi-temp copper gasket on ALL metal gaskets). These two parts passed through the hole. Then pass the compressor + CHRA assembly and v-band clamp it to the hot side with a carriage bolt and nut. Then the wastegate and dumptube to top it all off.

SOS Oil Filter Bracket clears the turbo perfect. No need for oil relocation!

Threw on the HFC and heat wrapped downpipe

Thanks brutha! Appreciate it.

I ran into a little problem yesterday with the oil feed. The oil feed fitting wont clear the manifold so I'm gonna order a 90 deg one and hope it clears lol
