the 5" pulley should give you about 5psi. Injectors are dependent on how big you want to go.

 

"Injectors are dependent on how big you want to go." how big in terms of horsepower? i figured 550 would support 400 hp. if i got the 3.7 pulley or whatever size it is would i get aroung 9-10 psi? with those injectors and the aem FIC it should be good right?

 

I'm running the RC550 injectors right now with a 4" pulley(10psi)...I should be maxing the injectors out right now. I'd get the 750cc injectors to give yourself room to grow..the price between them isn't much.

ask your tuner this....it can be done, but thats dependent on your tuner..

 

Boost can't be defined by just pulley size on a SC. Max boost on a 2.0L car is going to be different than a 2.2 because of the lower redline, as well as smaller displacement. Change the exhaust, use a air to air intercooler, all are factors in what the max manifold pressure will end up.

If you port the head, expect boost to decrease with the flow rate increase.
