Default Wastegate Springs & Setup

Hey so I have a pretty nice stack of parts growing in my room waiting to go on my 2001 F20C Turbo build. I purchased that PLM twin scroll header and downpipe and now Im going to buy the 2 tial MVS 38mm v-band wastegates. Question is what springs in each wastegate should I opt for... I will be running stock motor, precision 6266 T3 Open Scroll .82 turbo with a semi firm goal of making 500rwhp on pump gas and most likely a race fuel(110oct leaded) and high boost map and hopefully hit 600rwhp. So the car will see between 20-30psi max boost.

What size spring should I run in each wastegate?

Also Im trying to just purchase some odds and ends stuff and get it out of the way... What do the big power guys run for vacuum line and routing for the 2 wastegates/intake/turbo? (any diagram for the routing and what mm ID/OD line and material to purchase?)

thanks guys for any help you can offer

id run 10 psi springs personally. pick the lowest boost you want to run ever and thats the spring you toss in it. below 10 psi is wek saus to me.
