Does anyone actually read the OP???
" I would like to do so without upgrading the pulley (will do when funds permit) and without getting another electronic fuel/ignition timing controller"

Sell your exhaust and get a custom 3" header back. You will spend around 300 having it fabbed up plus whatever muffler you want on it. Ditch the test pipe, that should free up a little more room for air to flow.

Put a 15 shot of N20 before the supercharger. Easy 300 rwhp.

Buy the spoon HG and increase the compression a little more.

Why? if you increase the compression you cant up the boost!

So Get a 10psi pulley!

if you go with the AEM EMS you can run as much boost as you want out of the charger on the stock headgasket.....people scared the hell out of me when i said i was going over 10psi on 93 pump and told me i was going to blow it and its all Bull SH*t......i actually have too much timeing pulled out of my map right now at 14 psi@9000 on an ap2......i am going back to the dyno next week and adding in more timeing to make more power. My knock sensor is hardly picking anything up right now....and not a thing has happend to my all stock motor yet.

i wouldn't even waste your time with 6-7 psi......the motor doesn't respond well to stock pulley.....it won't even start feeling fast until you go up over 9-10 psi.....and the smaller pulley you put on......it will get the charger going quicker and bring boost on sooner.....thats what the s2k really needs to run with mildly modded EVO's-STI's

Alright.
1. He said he didn't want to put another pulley on. Read the OP. So you saying 10# pulley is just stupid.
2. Why couldn't you bump the boost up to 10psi with a little higher compression? Are youjumping on the bandwagon or can you actually prove that statement.

ok.....lets see here

whats easier to make more power??

1- pulling a head to change a headgasket??

or

2- 5 minute pulley change to run more boost??

These are his words...

"hey guys, just as the title states, what can I do to break the 300 hp mark on my ctsc setup. I would like to do so without upgrading the pulley (will do when funds permit) and without getting another electronic fuel/ignition timing controller"

he wanted options outside of those^^ and that is what we are giving him.

Limited on money: exhaust = $, pulley = $, anything you do cost your more money. Get some more RPM's and you could pull it off (only thing free), or if a friend has a cooling fan used on the football field, borrow it for the dyno run. But the dyno costs money too. Wait a little bit...get some money...
