Sounds about right IMO.

If I was to upgrade my exhuast and raise my boost on my setup to 15 psi, I should be right around 400. So with your "more efficient" full race manifold, I'd say that low 400s sounds about right.

Wait you're getting a GT30. I have a GT35... so i dunno the difference in cfms that these two flow... so I dunno. I guess very high 300s to low 400s should still be a safe bet.

From what I've read and gathered, the GT30 is good up to mid 400s. I dunno if the full-race manifold can make it efficient enough to be good for another roughly 50 whp, but i wouldn't be surprised. Unless you're trying to crack the 500 whp mark, you should be fine.

I would go with a GT35R if i am going with the 3mm gasket. There's always room for upgrade when you need more power with this turbo.

I would rather have the quicker spool up with the 30R and upgrade down the line to the 35R if I ever wanted to go past 450whp. I can't imagine needing more power then that, but I guess you always want more.

Didn't "wannabuy" pull around 450hp with the 35r at around 13-14 psi?
