Default wire hanging loose on my SC!

the wire in the pic that i circled red, anyone know what that wire is for? is like just hanging there not connecting to anything, there is a little black rubber thing at the end. please if anyone know what that's for let me know so i won't have this just hanging. thank you!

dont worry about it. Im pretty sure its a carb thing or a service type thing...but it doesnt connect to anything...it just sits there..

That is safety wire. It's part of the Novi1000 SCer, leave it alone.

I'm pretty sure that it needs to removed to be able to open up the snail. If it's been tampered with, then the warrantee would be void.
