finally moving forward on the car. after getting in touch with InlinePro Tom told me he would fix it for FREE. I hear rumors about them all the time but i have been treated VERY well from my turbo kit to random questions i needed answered fast. awesome ppl!.

also got new fuel pumps and NEW SOCKS from full blown. originally i did not recieve new socks so i used new honda ones. the full blown socks are smaller and easier to fit on the dual hanger.

also an update on the knock sensor... i had a stud made (pic below). havnt checked to see if its working yet. but i hooked everything up and it fits perfect.

went late into the night last night doing prep work and painting my mani/turbo with vht primer/black/clear. it turned out much better than i expected. for all of you guys wanting a sweet look from the vht. TRY THE CLEAR over top of the black. (bought it at summit)

got my piping back from my buddy and the color turned out exactly what i was looking for. the pics make it look awful, but in person it blends very well with the overal theme imo. next on my list of pretty things with be an hks funnel to tie in the purple clamps.

i didnt get any pics of the straps/welds on the mani before i painted (my bad) but i snapped a couple cellies.

Sorry to hear about your manifold. Mine did the same thing back in the fall. Got it welded up by me and haven't had an issue yet.

well it was the very first version of that manifold. inlinepro did a great job adding straps and beefing that spot up. im sure i will not have any problems in that area again.

Forgot to ask a while ago, but is there any reason why you stuck with the factory heater hose bracket (in lieu of the Alloy Craft version)?

I plan to tuck all that janks in the coil area with an lines on the drivers side feeding them. I just purchased ac relocation and thought hard about getting the bracket.

Ps. Bought 2000cc inj and a filter. Plan is to tune on e85 April 5. Pretty excited!
