wel here is an update... sort of..

the white hardtop s2k is "H4RD ON" on here. nice guy, we sorta gave it a go after the laps. was fun


v2.1 will start within the week. i hope to retune before xmas. will hit the 700+ club by the new year!

interested in how you made the oil filter mount. any pics or anything??

 

i cut a peice of wood as a guide then cut a piece 1/4 aluminum. ill grab a pic later

 

pm me about it as i might try to buy one off you.

 

was able to squeeze in a couple hours on the intake. so far iv go 3hrs into it. its tougher than it looks! i would say another 30+hrs and i will be getting close. obviously a lot more things to do... take out egr, everything on top and get holes filled. its a start.. ha.


tools used:

dremel- cutting disk and sanding disk
4in grinder w/ cutting disk
air die grinder- 3in/2in sanding pads

 

It's a lot of work, but worth it in the end. I think I had about 50hrs into mine all said and done

lol iv been creepin your thread on it for a while!!! may i ask what size bolts you used to feed the bleeder and iac.. and what size tap?

 

I used an M6x1 bolt and tap

decided to take out the secondary air thing. i dont exactly have the right tools too take it out i think.. im having trouble getting the bulk out.



decided to use 1/4NPT thread for the brake feeder line on the back. and 1/8NPT for the bleeder valve, and 2 ports on the top
