i cut a peice of wood as a guide then cut a piece 1/4 aluminum. ill grab a pic later

was able to squeeze in a couple hours on the intake. so far iv go 3hrs into it. its tougher than it looks! i would say another 30+hrs and i will be getting close. obviously a lot more things to do... take out egr, everything on top and get holes filled. its a start.. ha.


tools used:

dremel- cutting disk and sanding disk
4in grinder w/ cutting disk
air die grinder- 3in/2in sanding pads

lol iv been creepin your thread on it for a while!!! may i ask what size bolts you used to feed the bleeder and iac.. and what size tap?

I used an M6x1 bolt and tap

decided to take out the secondary air thing. i dont exactly have the right tools too take it out i think.. im having trouble getting the bulk out.

decided to use 1/4NPT thread for the brake feeder line on the back. and 1/8NPT for the bleeder valve, and 2 ports on the top
