decided to use 1/4NPT thread for the brake feeder line on the back. and 1/8NPT for the bleeder valve, and 2 ports on the top
Coming along well!

I used a 4" grinder to remove most of the bulk from the air injection port. Lots of work required in that area.

Are you not going to shave all the vac ports off the top of the manifold??

thanks for the support..as you know it gets old after 15hrs or so working on it haha. i decided to leave 2 ports on the top...i think they look kinda classy. i put another one on the bottom as well as the sensor like you did. im done with the first go on sanding. tomorrow i will get the holes filled and hopefully grind them down a tad. then its off to fullblown for a port match. will post before i send.

another thing. i drilled out the iac for 2 1/8npt plugs and counter sunk SS screws to hold the iac thing on the mani. i think itl look good when its all said and done

question. is your gas feed line in the front or the back? i ran my feed from the front of the car. then in the back it runs to the fuel pressure regulator and from there it goes to the gas tank. are there two different ways you can run it?

sick build btw.

both him and I have the same setup and as far as I know it goes like this.

Feed from Tank
-Filter
-Then to Rail
-From Rail to regulator
-Out of Regulator back to tank

Both of us added our fuel drain T fittings to the bottom of our regulators to drain the gas out with the car on when we need to switch fuel.
