I agree with these guys, keep pushing. There's significant body damage and considering that you can actually see the imprint of the frame coming through the sheet metal, it's a safe bet the frame is also damaged. The KBB on your car isn't going to be much more than $12-13k anyway, so this probably should be totaled.

Just a little tip, demand they only use brand new factory parts on your car. This is legal and they have to if you demand them. This will raise the cost, but I'm not sure it will push it far enough. Are the head lights hurt? That would be a big help, even if a tab is broke you can make them replace it with a new one.
this is only true in certain states, in the state of oregon, you are required to first try "industry equivalent" parts.

i called the body shop back about the quote on damage, they said that the amount right now is preliminary. They need to start taking the car apart to see if the frame is bent and anything else they missed is damaged which im praying for

so on my way home from work tonight at about eight o'clock guess what i see sitting out in the open in front of the body shop, my car!!!!!!!! wtf!!!!!
this shop is not it the greatest location just to top it off. Which makes matters even more frustrating is that the boss told me that every night the cars are locked up in a barbed wire fence with cameras recording OMFG im just losing my mind so i go back tonight( 11 pm) just to see if its still sitting there and sure enough it is you can see the sidewalk at the bottom of the picture that leads to the main road

i took this pic from my car, i was on the road. How easy is it for someone to steal my car?????
Ive had enough with this shop, on monday morning im calling my claims adjuster and telling him im towing the car to ed morse honda, ive had such bad luck with my car in the past 6 months its crazy

you did the right thing taking a picture of the car outside at night. If there is any additional damage or theft, you have proof that they were neglegent. Good luck to you.
