Default Drifting. Onboard cam.

My first time drifting on a circuit.
Completely rookie.
Your tips will be welcome.
Lots of fun but extremely difficult to link curves both.

What's your suspension/alignment setup like? I've always wanted to try and drift but I feel like the car grips the road too well

Excuse my poor english.
I found it extremely difficult to link curves because at the end of each revs fall down and the car was almost dead. At the end of the day so I stopped stepping clutch and started reduce to first gear and goes better.
Front wheels with 10k miles of use in 17-inch and rear with new tires very high profile (can not remember the number) in 16 inches.
Pressure to 2.2 in all wheels and standard alignment.

Generally, in a stock s2000 you'll drift mostly by momentum and not by engine's power..
So you might have to widen your driving lines, unless you drive a supercharged s2000 for example..
I never use clutch kick because I feel extremely pitty for my car..
It may help you softening your rear suspension so you have more rear body rolling, in order to lose grip in a smoother way (for stock cars with such a lack of torque)..

well, first the S2000 it´s not the best car to drift, stiff chassis, 50/50 distribution is not the best for ass dragging you can, make some changes to help, first the 2.2 pressure it is to low, raise it up, a lot! We in competition use pressures like 40/45. dont run bars to stiff more the chassis like X bars, or strut bars, let it flex it. And instal a turbo to power up
we are from Portugal and have a 600Hp Toyota Soarer and we run the British Drift Championship https://www.facebook.com/HugoRockyFernandes

Cheers.
