Default Installed Rick's Screen, V1, bumpers AGAIN.

Well, after mounting the V1 on the Windscreen mechanism, I noticed that the side with the mount was higher than the side w/o the mount (duh.) So I decided to fix that because the uneven weight of the wind was taking one of Rick

I would recommend running the cord down thru the storage compartment, down the transmission tunnel and then behind the dash.

I've done it this way be necessity since I've mounted the remote audio adapter in the slot directly behind the cup holder.

I believe Reedz has done this as well.

I took Gregg's original idea and ran with it. I am also using the audio remote in the change pocket of the center console, so my sires are run using the same route as Gregg's. You could also take off the plastic door jamb pieces and run the cord beneath them. They are very easy to get on and off. If you look behind your hood latch you will notice that there is space behind the plastic bits before you reach more metal. You can run the cord behind the hood latch down to the floor, where you can then run it beneath the door jamb plastic piece to the rear of the car. The rear panels, where Lucid is installing speakers now, is also very easy to remove, it is held on by 2 screws. The same screws which hold the "coat hangars" in place. If you remove these you can also continue you stealth cable run behind this panel.

Good luck. Give me a call if you have any questions.

James
