I've been going out to Auburn IN for the Kruse auction for the past 10 years. The one thing that I have consistently noticed is that the prices for vettes, particuarly c2's, has gone up every year. 10 years ago, you could get a decent one in the $20s. Today, they are going for more than twice that. As far as classic cars for an investment, you can't go wrong with this one.
Nice S, btw. I saw it on the sale board, hard top w/bronze wheels really set it off.

my first two cars were a 66 mustang coupe and then a 64 1/2 mustang coupe (this was the late 90s)
getting a modern car was the best decision I ever made.
If you like to drive you don't want a classic

The 300hp 327 and a 4speed is a good combo, Enough power to keep you entertained a bit, but not enough to break itself
Looks to be a pretty clean car, congrats.
P.S.
It looks like the shielding for the ignition wires is missing.

Guess now you need to convert all your tools to SAE.

Very interesting change indeed.
