Here are a few more pics of things. The hood is done and ready for paint. The intake scoop is off center to vent into the intake box as well as possible. I made the inlet line up smoothly when the hood is shut. It will be working functionally as soon as the supercharger goes on..

And mentioned before the cooling plate has to be moved to access the fuse box and battery terminals and switch. If you look in the front of it on the cross brace, hinges have been welded to the cross brace and bolt up to the cooling plate. On the back you can see two hood pins. Once the hood pins are removed it looks like this.

It will have the affect of changing the frequency the tubing resonates at - it should resonate less and as a result have a deeper tone - though perhaps as actual DB goes it won't reduce it but the pitch will sound like it has

Thank yall for the positive comments.

well an idea of how things are going... put the car on the trailer to be ready to go to paint. Covered it with a tarp so it didnt get rained on.

Also go everything in the garage laid out that will be put in the back of the truck that will be painted also.

after paint it all goes back together. Im not sure if the supercharger set up will go on it right away as im not sure how much the paint will cost and If i can afford the tune right away depends on that.

But as of now that is the how things are flowing.
