It's your car, and you worked to buy it. As long as you love it, that's what matters.

Thanks for the input guys, keep it coming. I knew some were going to flat out hate the scheme, but it is original on this car and I don't think there's another like it.

Personally, I hate CF hoods and think they ruin the lines of the car. Mostly just stick out like unpainted aftermarket parts and ricers that can't afford paint on body kits, but that's me. I'll respect a clean CF job even though it's not my style.

I know the stripes harken back to the American side of racing rather than foreign and especially not the Japanese cars. In my opinion, it's some of the nicer race badging though. All the variations on stripes from other countries just fall short IMO.

I kept my last S clean and didn't do anything to the outside. I think most of us are kinda scared to do anything too permanent on this car because it already looks so good. With this one, I had to say the hell with it, and just bite the bullet and hope it turned out good. No looking back, and no regrets. The responses are good on the most part. It's not like a put a lift kit on it

OMG What kind of man desecrates a defenseless car? I have a mind to slap your fat face! What do you want to do with your life?

Props to you Joe for being different

Not my taste personally, but nice work on making your car yours. Now finish off the aggressive look you are shooting for by adding some wheels to match your brut look.

Enjoy the ride.

I will have to agree with the majority. It's not my cup of tea, and on that note, its not my car or my money. Glad your happy with the results. Besides it's not like you ruined it with a bodykit or ricer headlight/taillight conversion or anything. Its still a beauitful S2000 both in function and form. for orignality, but personaly i would get it removed asap.

Yeah will you where right I thought Shelby... then I looked at the car again I don't like it at all, but its your car.

You should take better pictures though or download a better cropping program for resizing them

I actually like it - although I think that the black/yellow scheme is too harsh

I would like to see less contrast - maybe something like silverstone stripes on yellow
