I thought it looked awesome. Very cool that you spent the resources to go balls out and do it right rather than half assing it.

and a to everyone who doesn't like it but throws out the "but if you're happy that's cool." There are waaaay too many online forums that don't have that type of respect.

I thought about doing silver stripes before. When I ordered the car, I got a Berlina Black hardtop to go with it (still waiting on that). So, naturally to make the car flow, I decided on the berlina stripes.

About three days before I took it to the shop, I had changed my mind and even had an email written out cancelling my appointment. I stopped myself last minute and decided to go ahead with the project. This was a one shot deal to make it truly my car. I could do whatever I wanted with the wheels and bumpers and radio, but in this club, there is always someone out there with about the same thing. As far as I know, I'm the only one with real painted stripes all around (on an S) and I guess that makes me somewhat of a pioneer

Sorry for the poor pics. I'll put higher res ones up tonight when I get off work.

I love it! It looks really tough on the car. I will agree that the way you did it is the correct way. The gap between the stripes is perfect, and continuing them all the way to the rear bumper is the right idea. All I can think of when I stare at your car is the Dodge Viper for some reason. It must just be the modern car with the racing stripes on it. Again, nice work and congrats on having a totally unique S2000!

I think it looks great.

The pictures are rather pixelated however - whatever you used to shrink them down didn't do a good job. Do have a different program you could use?

not bad...I wouldn't do it, but I wouldn't puke on it...

you need that drop fast and a front lip to get some exterior going...and get wheels too before you start doing engine etc.

I like it. I would have de-badged, though. I think it would not look as good on pre-'04's.... especially on the rear bumper.

Needs a yellow hardtop with the stipes on top, lower it, and find some rims.
