Can anyone comment on how wind proof this top is? Iv read other members saying that it's not weatherproof? Is this true? Looking to pick up a shine rep but worried about the daily-ness of this top.

If it is really easy, I would definitely get a Spoon hardtop.

wow guys I feel bad for leaving you all out the dry like this. Unfortunatly the company I was working with the get the headliner and hinges made totally bailed on me and ended up keeping my hardtop in their shop for 9 months and didnt even touch it. Then my engine hydrolocked and I have been working on getting that sorted out ever since.

Devin, Interestingly enough thats very similar to some of the designs I have worked out for a more permanate style hinge. Maybe I can get back on track with my design and provide an update here soon.

Yes please! I'm still looking for the right hinge! I find that if you insert anything, even paper thin, in between the hardtop and tail-piece, the holes won't line up for the two lock pins. Need some more ideas to have the hinge while still keeping a good seal and retaining the use of the lock pins.
