Default How do you get the passanger side knee panel back in

I got the passanger side Knee Panel out to run some wires, but Im having trouble getting the back clip in place. I can get the top on in but I can't get the further back bottom one in. How are you all getting in in place again?

bottom may need to be done first? I had mine off once a few months ago and had to take it back out and re install it.

you want to line it up how it should be once installed. Slide it in (when facing it, slide it straight in from right to left). That should get it in the proper position, then you can pop the clips right in. You will know you are in the right spot because it will fit perfect along the door jam and the outer clip under the weather strip along the windshield will go right into place.

Maybe I have the name wrong. Im talking about the pieces on the inside next to the center console/underdash by the headunit. The pieces on each side.

oh yeah..... ok. you had both names mentioned but i wasnt sure.

Thats should be really easy. it will line up, you can get the screw started and from there just hit it and the clips should go right it. dont be afraid to get aggressive with it.

If its the part I think it is... Remove your "glove box" - obviously there is no glove box but its the thing with the semi-useless pockets where a glove box would normally be. Its held in with one screw at the top center, and two push clips on the inner sides and a bunch of clips. Once thats off you can easily put the panel back in. This was on my ap2 - hope it helps.
