im using toda racing pulleys but kept the stock harmonic balancer , the oem serpentine belt will barley fit in the summer and theres no chance of getting it on in the winter , does any one know of a serpentine belt that has the same deimensions as the oem belt only an inch or two longer ?

I'm guessing this is while using the supplied belt with the Toda light weight pulley kit with AC? Are you using the Toda tensioner, idler pulleys too? You could try an aftermarket dampened crank pulley, but you would have to measure the diameter of each one and find the smallest out of the 2 aftermarket dampened crank pulleys.

I had problem with installing the Touge Factory water, alternator, ASM/Toda tensioner, idler pulleys along with a Vortech supercharger kit and crank pulley.

Take some string or a fabric tape measure and run it along your pullies. Then search for a part #.
