Its $80, not a big deal, buy another one from a different vendor.
Exactly, At $80 I am not busted up over it. I contacted them and they sent me a phone number late yesterday. I thought it would be good to post it for others to see.

No problems here with my 2 year old JVT $119 ebay header - perfect fit and good for a few hp's (3-5hp up top and 5-10 down low-mid range) and dropped a few pounds too...

4-1 headers make the best power, however it's in a narrower powerband. 4-2-1 don't make as much peak power, however they make for a broader powerband.

I believe this would be illegal in CA and some other states.

i found a tiny pinhole size crack on my jvt headers recently only been on the car for one year so going to get it welded up and put back on the car as im back with the oem header which seems to have lost low end/ mid range power and some throttle response according to the butt dyno...

i got one recently 00-03 04 05 06 07 08 HONDA S2000 AP1 AP2 EXHAUST HEADER, posted this in the ebay thread..

[quote name='w35t_ap1' timestamp='1330530749' post='21462482']
got the header a few days ago, finally got some time to post pics...

good first impressions IMG_0562.jpg?t=1330530088

welds pretty good around primaries IMG_0564.jpg?t=1330529880

weakest weld seems to be the one around the collector IMG_0570.jpg?t=1330529899

definitely some left over pipe in the collector IMG_0569.jpg?t=1330529894

a bit of weld that could be removed to clean things up a bit IMG_0566.jpg?t=1330529891

all in all i'm feeling pretty neutral about the header, i only spent $100, it'll look pretty sweet bolted up, definitely some clear obstructions of exhaust flow however..
i'm not expecting any significant gains, hell i'll be happy if i don't lose power..
