Default adding a 12 lighter / socket

I want to wire a 12v lighter socket under the dash somewhere to the passenger side where the mesh net is, wheres the best power supply and ground for this please?

My vote goes for behind the radio, plus you can run the wires out of the side above the net!

Ground it to the bracket right behind it and get power from the fuse block under the driver dash

The OEM location is not ideal.
