Asuka CF trunk
trunk springs removed. took about 10 seconds total. now the driver's side is flat and flush with the rest of the body, but the gap is still maybe 2-3mm more than i'd like. if you guys want pics, then ill post them.
ok these pics don't whore the trunk at all--they're just to show the gaps!
as you can see, the trunk now sits where it should, as far as HEIGHT is concerned. the gap between the taillight/rear left qtr panel and the driver's side of the trunk are still a little too far apart imo. if you're not looking at it up close like i was to take these pics, it's barely noticeable. no one looking at your car would really notice. it's a detail that would drive the anal among us crazy.

^ I see the minimal gap where you're talking about, have to tried adusting the latch a lil bit? I mean it needs a lil play with to get where it needs to be. My trunk barely stuck up at the same area which wasn't really bad at all from my own personal preference.
Overall it fits a lot better than the one's i've had before.
