Built head and cam use?
I'm buying a head with Brian crower valves and dual wound spring and retainers. My other mods are just intake and single apexi n1. I was gonna stick to brian crower cams but I heard they aren't any good. I'd like to do stage 2. Any suggestions or have done it please let me know!

anything else you need me to research for you?
Thanks yes they gave me a lot of useful information. I guess they are pretty good cams to make some reasonable power. I know some people said they didn't tune their S after using the BC stage 2s but with that head and BC2s will I still be able to just bolt it on and drive or should i really think about getting it tuned?
The fuel curve stays almost the same as OEM. No need to tune. Not really worth the 1k+ investment in an EMS IMO. Read all of Wadzii's build thread for information including a graph showing the AFR's from stage 3 cams and stage 2 cams over stock.
