How many times do we have to go over this? I'm not even going to get all the way in to it.

The smell is barely noticeable if your car is tuned correctly. And if you smell anything, it's just extra fuel from running rich.

The rotting egg smell is suggested by people with absolutely no experience 99% of the time. That sulfer smell is originally caused by a rotting/failed cat, not a test pipe. It can also be caused by a gutted cat that was done half ass.

I've had 10 motorcycles, all but one had NO CAT. They do NOT smell like eggs and they have 4 cylinder inline engines just as powerful as most 4 cylinder cars. The smell argument is STUPID.

The environmental one is even DUMBER. People blow 5 grand for 20whp, spending 200$ for 5+whp is a lot more effective in that area.

Pay off the inspector? I think only Atlanta smogs, so he could take it to another county?

I've yet to have to deal with emissions but I'd have no problem paying off the sniffer - hes making what, 10/hr to stand there and do this? Throw a 50 at him, get your sticker and move along.

I don't know about your place but in here I am sure these inspectors aren't only making $10/hr, and if you dare trying to chip him $50 and pass, you'd be in a damned situation.

It's all in the presentation.

When he goes into the car, you tell him there might be a 50 spot sticking out from the floormat, or there might not...that you can't really recall for sure.

Then, if he takes it, you're in like flint. If he tries to balk and accuse you of bribing him, you are covered there as well. You were just telling him in case he saw it down there that it was rightfully yours.

Word G. A solution for every problem. Step right up. Nuttin but net.
