your suggested flywheel is to light to make an enjoyable daily driver....the lightest you want for DD in an s2k is 10-11 or even 12 lbs.

a flywheel under 10lbs is better suited for track only applications. i suggest grabbing a TODA flywheel, or even Spoon (if it's not to light, i think it is tho). check if exedy or sachs make a flywheel too.

as for a setup+clutch/pp, check into exedy's combos like the one you suggested above for the same price of less (Stage 1)....very good product.

But, is there any reason S owners don't go with a stronger clutch?
i think the reason people keep the oem disc is unless your FI you dont need more. the weak link is the PP, so swap that, and if your an AP2 then your flywheel is much heavier then AP1 and you might want to swap that. but if your going FI then you would be better off upgrading disc. i dont know about having to jump to a puck clutch though. there are disc stytle that hold serious tq, and remember, our motor making 500 hp might only be 350tq.

heck i have read people with centrifigul SC still using oem disc with act PP and it holding fine.

I have the spoon setup and it is great. The pedal pressure is actually less with the spoon pp and the clutch is grabbier but not insane on/off. Just a little bit grabbier.

The reason most S owners don't go above the ACT Street clutch is because it supports up to 393ft/lbs of torque. In order to exceed that in most setups you would need to be pushing 650+whp
