this is the only one that has both heat shields. All of them seem to have some surface rust but you could clean them up. New gaskets and should be good.

Does anybody know if i need to use like silicone, rtv, or some sort of paste for when installing the new gasket?

OEM header will be an upgrade to the DC header in every way. It’s total junk.

The J's Racing Header seems to show some good gains and drop in weight. The PLM Header is just a replica of it for $350ish.

Other than that, I don't know of any sub $800 header that would be better than OEM.
